Due to Covid-19 We have made contingencies, for the protection of our staff and our clients. Last week we asked our clients to help provide our services by having access to sanitizer at their front doors. As with most ALARM activations they are faults by power or House Keeping.
Today we request that we use the Two-meter rule of contact. We often find the home owner or the office staff on location.  Distance and sanitizer are paramount for keeping us both safe our officers are currently responding to 4-8 call-outs per week, should that be false alarms, or lock-outs, or lone persons needing help with the wider services due to a medical condition and they can’t reach the phone. But they can reach the installed Alarm Panic Button.
With the current Covid-19. The Government have said Licensed Security providers are “Key Workers”. We are here to help and Provide should that be the one-off office Provision for the duration or longer we are here to help.
Our officers are SIA licensed and DRB Checked;

What Happens?

You could be on holiday in a business meeting or out visiting family. With our alarm response service you will have peace of mid that Security Response will response to and alarm activation.

Should your Alarm System activate your Monitoring Centre or Digi Dialer will call our Control room base in Reading, Berkshire. We will deploy an officer with your keys and information; you should expect him/her to attend within 25 minutes as compliance to the ACPO Policy set out by the Association of Chief Police Officers.

Once the situation has been assessed the officer will call the client and bring them up to date, and secure the property and reset the alarm system.
All of our officers are screened to SIA Requirements and Drb Checked CSCS & Emergency First Aid Certfied.


Site Survey and Key Collection & Return of £ 25:00.
Retainer: Domestic Clients £ 175:00 pa. inc: Churches Charity Organisations.
Business Clients £ 275:00 pa.

With all clients we charge £ 17.50 Call out charge and should there be any further time spent on location there will be a further charge at a static rate.

Most of our clients on this service only pay for the retainer, they have the peace of mind that should activation occur while on holiday or away on business the alarm activation will be attended too. In most cases it’s the pets or cobwebs or the Cleaners that set the alarm off.

This service is realy a no brainer, Everybody theses days are working a lot harder and longer working hours. When was the last time you took a look out the window when you heard a car or house alarm activation.? When was the last time you spoke over the fence to the neighbour?. When was the last time you saw your neighbour or do you know your neighbour?.
